Tracking Number Format
Pattern: Usually 99MEX and nine digits, or MX and twelve digits, says the 99minutos help centre
Format example

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that 99minutos's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Type the guía number the shop or sender passed on to you. The help centre says 99minutos creates it automatically with the shipment, usually as 99MEX and nine digits or MX and twelve digits. Pick 99minutos from the list of couriers by hand, since Auto-Detect leaves it out for every code.
TrackParcel reports the code as not found, because 99minutos's search returns an error with no history for it. Once the search box has tidied it, a code of only letters A to Z and digits under 6 characters, or of 31 to 50, gets the same answer without 99minutos being asked; one over 50 characters, or with a + or & inside, is refused as an invalid number. Compare it with the shop's shipping message first.
For some shipments 99minutos opens the history only after the buyer confirms an email address, phone number or name on its own tracker. TrackParcel never sends any of these, so it marks such a code as restricted instead of not found. Confirm your details on 99minutos's page to read that history.
The courier is bringing the parcel to your address. While this caption is the newest step, TrackParcel's headline status says Out for Delivery, and the event itself keeps the Spanish words. Once “Tu pedido fue entregado exitosamente.” follows, the status turns to Delivered.
For Colombia the tracker shows only five steps: order created, collected, heading to the destination city, heading to your address and delivered. TrackParcel keeps the same five and leaves out the rest, such as the warehouse and pick-up point steps, so a Colombian parcel can show fewer events.
99minutos began in 2014 in a workshop in Mexico City, and its about page says it is not a traditional courier but an integrated logistics operator. Its home page names Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru as its markets, and the about page adds Ecuador. Beside envíos99 parcel delivery it sells fulfill99 warehousing, freight99 haulage, tailor99 projects and the punto99 network of drop-off and collection points. This page covers lookups on its public tracker, one guía number at a time.
The help centre calls the tracking number the número de guía, a unique code generated automatically when the shipment is created. The shop or sender gives it to you, and 99minutos says it generally looks like 99MEX followed by nine digits or MX followed by twelve.
First the code is upper-cased, and a pasted AWB: label, enclosing brackets and, for most codes, inner spaces, hyphens, dots and slashes are removed. Only a remainder of 6 to 30 characters is passed to 99minutos. 99minutos is a manual-only courier on TrackParcel, so open the courier list and choose it.
TrackParcel runs the same search as the public tracker page, then reads the history that page shows. Events keep the Spanish captions of the tracker's label map, such as “Ya hemos recogido tu pedido en el negocio.”, and carry no place, because 99minutos's history has none.
Stamps without an offset are read in the shipment country's zone: Mexico City, unless the search names Colombia, Chile, Peru or Argentina. The result then converts each time to IST and marks it IST. TrackParcel never requests the identity step, the delivery photos or the route map, and never reads the courier's free-text comments.
For an unknown code, 99minutos's search answers with an error status and no history id, and TrackParcel then shows not found. A code 99minutos knows but will not open until the buyer confirms an email, phone or name is shown as restricted instead, with a message pointing to 99minutos's own tracker.
Check the code against the shop's shipping message, since the shop is who hands the guía number on. If they match, ask the shop which courier it really booked.
A return starts with the shop, not with you. The help centre says the sender must request it from its platform within five working days of shipping and create a prepaid return guía; you then take the parcel to the nearest punto99 or wait for the courier to collect it.
If the tracker says Entregado but nothing arrived, the help centre asks you to check with neighbours or the building's porter, look for the delivery photo its courier takes, then contact support with your guía number. The contact page points parcel questions to tracking, a WhatsApp chat and the help centre rather than to sales.

99minutos's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
These are the captions the tracker page attaches to each step, which TrackParcel copies. The help centre names the states more briefly, for example Pedido recibido, En tránsito and Entregado.
No. The help centre says 99minutos takes a photo when it delivers and tells you to check whether its tracker holds that evidence photo. TrackParcel never requests those evidence photos and never reads the courier's remarks, so open 99minutos's own page for proof of delivery.
That caption covers both a theft or loss and a damaged parcel, and it goes on to say “Contacta al negocio donde hiciste tu compra”. Start with the shop that booked the delivery; TrackParcel shows the caption as written.
In your 99minutos account. Its help centre says registered customers can see every active and past shipment in the control panel. TrackParcel looks up a single guía number on the public tracker and never signs in to an account.
