Bosta's FAQ describes it as a tech-logistics company operating in Egypt and Saudi Arabia that serves businesses, with services such as exchange and return, cash collection and Sign And Collect. Its tracking page, with English and Arabic versions, shows a Timeline of updates for each order.

This page follows orders through that tracking page only. The page keeps its Delivery Details behind a phone check, and TrackParcel never takes that step or requests those details.

Bosta's tracking page asks you to Enter Tracking Number. Because a plain run of digits carries nothing that ties it to this carrier, choose the carrier yourself in TrackParcel's courier list.

Ahead of the lookup, TrackParcel deletes an AWB: prefix you pasted, wrapping brackets, and any spaces, dots, hyphens or slashes. The lookup goes out only when 6 to 12 digits remain; a letter, or a digit count outside that range, stops it before the carrier hears of it. Commas vanish too, so a pair of numbers pasted together arrives as one long string; enter one order at a time.

TrackParcel requests the same public tracking answer that the bosta.co page reads, in English. It shows the current status, the delivery country, and the promised date as the expected delivery date for as long as the order stays open. Updates keep their state and date, and a time when the stamp has one.

The updates name no hub or city, so no place appears beside them, and the newest goes on top although the reply lists them oldest first. A stamp without a zone is read in the delivery country's zone, Cairo, Riyadh or Dubai, with Cairo when no country is given; each timed update is then shown converted to IST with the label IST.

For a number it has no shipment under, the tracker replies Invalid tracking number with the status Not Found, and the page then reads Tracking Number Not Found. Of the numbers TrackParcel sends, only that exact Bosta reply becomes a not-found result; a maintenance page, a server error or a connection that fails makes TrackParcel list Bosta as unavailable.

When the page shows Too Many Requests, it asks you to try again in a few minutes. TrackParcel treats that request limit as a wait, never as a missing number.

The FAQ says Bosta does not deliver food, jewellery, money or pets, and that a shipment may weigh at most 20 kilograms. It caps the cash collected on delivery at 30,000 LE per shipment. These limits are addressed to the businesses that send orders.

The tracking page has a Reschedule Delivery option, and it shows the delivery details only after you verify your identity. Its Verify Identity step asks for a 4-digit confirmation code sent to your phone. Otherwise, the FAQ lists live chat and email, with agents available Saturday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
