Best Transport runs its public tracker for Sweden on bst.nu. The page script there handles home deliveries, business services and deliveries to iBoxen parcel lockers. TrackParcel bases what a visitor may see, and which status applies, on that script's rules for a public visitor. A missed-delivery rule tied to one customer code is not carried over.

Best Transport says it began in 1976 as Benkes Budbilar and offers express and distribution services across Sweden and Norway; TrackParcel reads only its Swedish tracker. This page does not cover consignments handed to a partner carrier, such as SDS Schenker or Region Stockholm through Aditro. The tracker itself says it cannot follow those unless they are delivered or failed.

The tracker searches by consignment number, the sändningsnummer, and its page accepts any text. TrackParcel sends only 7 to 12 digits, a length taken from a listing hint rather than published by the company, so a genuine number of another length would be refused before any lookup.

Before that check, labels like AWB: and surrounding brackets are removed, along with spaces, hyphens or dots inside the number. Auto-Detect never offers Best Transport, because plain digits cannot single it out, so pick it by hand. Two numbers joined by a comma become one string of 14 or more digits, which is refused.

The tracker answers with delivery records, codes and times rather than described events. TrackParcel builds the history with the page's own card rules, keeping only cards that carry a time, in Swedish with an English gloss, newest first, and names the hub on hub events. The result shows the weight rounded to one decimal, as the page prints it.

The timeline converts every time to IST with the label IST. An Expected by date appears only while the delivery is out, as on the tracker page. Customer names, addresses, locker ids, proof-of-delivery text and images, and package ids are never read.

For a number with no delivery behind it, the tracker returns its stock message, The requested URL was not found on the server, and TrackParcel reports not found. It does the same for a record without a freight bill, an unpublished business service and an empty history reply, because the page shows its search error for each.

When the tracker answers the search itself with a server error, TrackParcel reports Best Transport as temporarily unavailable. If the number matches the sender's paperwork and stays not found, the consignment may have gone to a partner carrier, so ask the sender.

For a locker delivery, the page script takes the status from the newest locker outcome. TrackParcel shows a parcel placed in the locker, collected by the recipient, too big for the locker, hit by a technical fault or past its pick-up time, each in the Swedish wording with an English gloss.

Some headlines ask for action TrackParcel cannot take. Välj dag för utkörning means a delivery day still has to be chosen, TrackParcel glosses Leveransen inväntar besked as Awaiting instructions from the sender, and Adressändring pågår marks an address change in progress.

Best Transport's contact form for private customers lists cases such as a failed, delayed or wrong delivery, a changed delivery date and updated delivery details. It asks for the sändnings- eller kollinummer (consignment or package number) and a description of the case.
