Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that CDL Last Mile Solutions's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
TrackParcel takes 4 or 5 digits, a dot and 6 digits. The courier's tracker names no format of its own. You may type the ID with or without the dot, since the dot is put back before the last six digits, and you need to pick CDL by hand.
It is the line shown under the ID box on the tracker page, followed by “Please try again”, when its lookup brings back nothing usable. An ID unknown to the courier gets an empty answer, which TrackParcel turns into a not-found result. A not-found on TrackParcel can also come from its own shape check, which stops anything but 10 or 11 digits before CDL is asked.
The tracker page counts only “Delivery complete” as delivered, and TrackParcel does not count that delivery-stop scan either. On the page's progress steps it sits one step short of Delivery complete. While “Package Scanned at Delivery” is the latest update, TrackParcel's status shows those words. “Driver en-route to delivery” is not a delivery either.
The courier has flagged a problem with the delivery. When its answer carries the exception flag, the tracker page shows this headline, and TrackParcel shows the same words with a grey badge. TrackParcel never reads the free-text exception details, so ask the courier for the reason.
CDL Last Mile Solutions is headquartered in New York City and describes itself as a regional carrier serving the Northeast to the Mid-Atlantic. Its site lists services for warehousing and fulfilment, retail home delivery and assembly, and a Manhattan messenger service, and names healthcare, pharmaceutical and payroll among the industries it serves. TrackParcel reads CDL's public tracker, the page that asks you to enter your CDL Tracking ID, one ID at a time.
CDL's tracker asks for your CDL Tracking ID and publishes no format for it. TrackParcel accepts one shape, 4 or 5 digits, a dot and 6 digits, which comes from a third-party listing hint rather than from CDL, so a genuine ID in another shape would be refused.
The search box removes the dot along with spaces and other separators, and the lookup then puts it back before the last six digits. So only a 10- or 11-digit number is sent on as an ID. Auto-Detect does not try these numbers with this courier, so choose CDL Last Mile Solutions yourself.
From the courier's answer TrackParcel takes the latest update, the destination city and state, and each event's wording, time, city and state, marking flagged events Exception. Like CDL's page, it hides the city on Label has been created. Events are sorted newest first, because the order they arrive in has not been confirmed.
A stamp carrying an offset keeps it; one without is read as New York time, where the company is based. The result then gives each time in IST, marked IST. Never read: who signed, the driver's name and position, the delivery coordinates, the street and ZIP, the shipper's package reference, the exception text and the proof-of-delivery photo.
The tracker page treats every answer other than a normal one as missing and shows “Unable To Find Tracking Details”. An unknown ID gets an empty reply, and TrackParcel reports that ID as not found.
Because the accepted shape is not CDL's own, a refusal before any lookup can also mean your ID simply looks different. In that case try it on the courier's own tracker, and if nothing shows there either, go back to the business that sent the parcel.
CDL's service-area page lists distribution centres in New York, Ridgewood, New Rochelle and Old Bethpage in New York, Moonachie and Westampton in New Jersey, and Beltsville in Maryland. It says coverage is expanding to Boston and Pittsburgh. TrackParcel shows whatever city and state the courier attaches to each scan, except on the label event.
The contact page offers a form with a track a package topic and lists customer support among its email contacts. Its client resolution team works from 8am to 10pm Eastern on weekdays, with shorter weekend hours. Have the Tracking ID ready; on the courier's own tracker, the extra details sit behind a check of the delivery ZIP code.

No. The courier's answer can include the signer's name, the driver's name and a delivery photo, but TrackParcel never reads them, nor the shipper's package reference. The extra details kept behind a ZIP code check are never requested either; use the courier's own tracker for those.
